I bought my first vette in December. I was just looking for a decent C5 with a manual. When I stumbled across a 43K mile, 6 speed beauty in my area for a great price, my eyes lit up. They nearly popped out of my head when I realized it was the stunning Millenium Yellow, one of the most awesome colors ever put on an automobile.
C5's get a ton of looks as they are, but adding yellow paint that's brighter than the sun nearly makes gawkers drive off the road. I feel like a celebrity driving this car - the attention is still sometimes hard for me to believe.
So, for you Millenium Yellow owners (and admirers), this thread is for you. It's a damn proud 7% of us!

MY is the color of my Coupe! I flew 1600 miles to pickup the car with the options and color I wanted when I bought this car. I live in southeast NM and flew to central Wisconsin to pickup this car. What a way to really get in touch with a new car than to spend 2 days in it driving 1600 miles to get home.
