I am sorry, but too bad. People made their beds for the past 8 years with the price of homes. Now they want to sell a $300,000 home for $500,000
That same house 8 years ago would have sold for 250 to 300k.
It is insane. I hope people continue to be smart and not pay 200% of the market for the largest investment in their life.
The foreclosure rate in Mass is up over 60% I love how that stays so quiet. A house up the street from me has been vacant for 18 months and is owned by the bank. The buyout is $425,000 for a 3 bedroom 1 bath 1200sq home that sits on 2000 sq of land.

Seriously though, the market must be crushed up there. That house here would sell for over $800K with an indoor pool.
