Default Lowering your Corvette

Oh no not another lowering thread. Actually I just want to see how many Vettes are lowered, stock height, or thinking about lowering. Since in the latest thread some people think lowering a Vette is considered as being "rice", lets see how many "riced" Vettes we have. No flames, just vote which one your are.

Stock height for me, but with the 18, and 19s it has a lower look to it. I like having a little ground clearance - lots of crazy driveways for both homes and businesses here in MA.

I lowered pretty much within the spec that's actually suggested on the Z06 DVD! Anything beyond that I'm going to go to coilovers

Diito! It has been over 1 year and my Z06 still sits a bit too high for my tastes...coilovers are definitely in the future plans.

It's a custom built SuperTrapp system....No restrictive bends in the back, straight over the axles and out.

lowered all the way down on stock bolts. I am planning to lower the rear another inch and take out the front bolt completely.

That system is incredible - Mallet used to sell it (or something just like it) - used a couple of carbon cannisters, I think there was even some small mod to the frame to accommodate the install.

Always wanted to hear what it sounds like
