I own a 2003 C5 ZO6 Corvette that has been supercharged by Lingenfelter Performance Engineering and I'm considering installing C6 ZO6 original equipment 18 x 9.5 and 19 x 12 wheels. I am aware of the need to install an LPE mini-tub kit for tire clearance. What I do not know is if the center hole bore 2 3/4 diameter on my 2003 C5 ZO6 is the same on a 2006 or 2007 C6 ZO6 wheel for correct fitment.
Is there anyone who has done this wheel change and how well did it work with wheel offsets?
Here are the wheels you are looking for... the ones made by HRE and Lingenfelter for your exact setup. The c6z06 wheels will not work, they stick out too far. My wheels can go onto a minitub c5 perfect, or they can go on a new c6 z06 with a spacer. These wheels and tires were over 8g new, and tires have less than 400 miles on them, still have nubs. I have them on the common auction site, and they are already up to 3500 and have 7 days left. If you are interested, try to make up your mind by then.
