My brother and I just took a little trip yesterday. I jotted down my gage readings after being on the freeway cruising at 70MPH for an hour or more. Here's what I got:

Trans Fluid 163
Oil Pressure 40 PSI
Oil Temp 200
Coolant Temp 192

That's about what mine runs in Phoenix, although the trans temp will run a little higher at certain times during the Summer...

Houston, Texas. It seems to just lately start running a little high. It seems to go up in traffic and then cool down on the highway.

Mine runs generally around 200, It was heating up in traffic to as high as 235. I just dropped the fan temps down 20 degrees so that they turn on sooner. WOW, it keeps the temps down to 205/210 in traffic and when climbing the mountain on the way home in warm weather. Big Difference since the fans have been turned down.

How do you do that? Turn down the fans, that is.

Tuning software can do it as well as some of the programmers....Predator etc. The guy that dyno'd my car did it at my request. It's very easy with the software. There's actually 4 settings as there are 2 fans that run independently and 2 speeds for each. I turned all down, I think it was 20 or 25 degrees.
