i went to the store and came back and the car wouldnt start. i called my freinds to jump me and it did fine. drove it for like 10 min, came home and it wouldnt start. u hear it try to crank. what can the problem be?
Someone on CF said: batteries are for starting, alternators are for driving. Check and clean your connections and after you tighten them check to see if they are still loose. Another thread had a post about some batteries the post bolt would bottom out and feel tight but the cable would still move. Guaranteed to cause intermittent problems. Good luck with this and try carrying an adjustable wrench with you in case you need to change out the battery or tighten the bolt to make it work until you get it fixed permanently.
i hope its just the battery. i played with the wires, and it would flicker but wouldnt be normal. so tomorrow ill go get a new battery and hope for the best
I would check all the connections before jumping out and buying a new battery, I had a 1999 Z28 and because it was nicely modded, the battery connections would loosen which caused it to do the same thing.
wished mine was, mine did the same thing and had everything checked out starter, everything, stil cant figure it out. Glad yours was easy, now throw some luck this way!
My battery cells blew and the battery was destroyed inside!
Take it out and have it checked or borrow one from a friend to see if it is the problem.
