Headlights wont close
Hi everyone...just bought a 2001 Convertible Red Corvette....Im having fun....ohhhh boy its fun.....My headlights (both) are not closing.....and I can ear a small sound on the right side (only) when the car is not running....anyone could give me a tip ???....thanks

This may sound stupid, but give it a try. . . When I arrived at work yesterday, my headlights popped up when I turned into the parking garage at my work. I didn't turn them on so I was really preplexed. I remembered I had played with my option buttons the day before so I went back through the options and I turned the twilight sentenial(sp?) off and they went down. May have been purley conincidental but it worked. It's worth a try.

I agree that it could be just battery. If its dead it just doesn't have the oomph to close the lights.
Another thing you may want to check. Fuse #6 in the passenger footwell has control over the headlights. If it blows they stop working; not sure why
