Default Quick Analysis

Ok guys heres a question for any answer your willing to throw at me.. I know the major differences between a 01' and 02' zo6, but i am looking to buy a 2002-2004 Z06 vette.. now here is where you come into play.. What are the differences Cons pros in the years and which year should i get over the others (excluding the fact that its a newer Vette) unless thats the deciding factor..
Question two: what are the differences in the Z06 exhaust and the Coupe (non- z06) exhausts.. thanks guys i didn't have time to research since i am busy all day.. Hope to get some good answers..

Short answer: Buy the newest, lowest mileage car you can afford that has a factory warranty.
Exhaust... As many opinions as there are people, but the Z06 exhaust is lighter and a little louder than C5 stock. I think it flows a bit better too.

Here is a link for researching differences between 02 through 04 models. There were tweaks, but nothing too significant.

http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/...z06/index.html

On the exhaust, the Z06 exhaust is lighter and flows much better than stock. It's made of titanium.

One bit of buying advice. Haste makes waste. Know want you want and do your research, including test driving every type of corvette you are considering purchasing. If you don't have the time to do that then hold off until you do.

Good luck in your search.
