Another What is this?
This is on the Halo of my 2003 Coupe. There is one on each side behind the passenger and driver. I have looked on 97 - 2002's and no one else has this. Please help
The square box.

I have those on my 04 coupe also. I always thought it had something to do with the seatbelt. lol

I was told once that it was to keep your head from becoming wedged between the seat and the roof panel ..in a accident..

If your head was getting ready to pass through that space in an accident, I don't think safety would be an issue at that point any more.

Does your car have an aftermarket alarm? That may be a motion sensor with a custom cover. I have seen smaller ones in the center of the targa bar, but never there.

I believe there started to appear in 2003 and on the 2003 Z06 there is more padding going across the b-pillars.
