Default Pro bodymen..I need some pointers

I hope someone can help as it pertains to my motorcycle and not my vette. I have two dents in my gas tank from an accident about four weeks ago and I would like to tackle fixing it. Even though I have little practice with steel work....quite good in woodworking and have used bondo there to repair antique furniture. I have been around and used tools all my life.

I realize I probably have to strip tank to get it ready to fix dents. What I like to know is since I can't get a dent removal tool inside of tank to pop dent....is there any other tricks of the trade I could use to pop dents? I don't want to drill holes in dents to pull either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated... as I have searched the web and not come up with much.....just this......

Thanks!

You can pressurzie the tank or if the dents are too big rent a stud gun; it's just like a dent puller except you weld pulling rods on the metal instead of drilling holes. Drain the tank and run car exhaust through the tank for a good 10 minutes, it does a killer job of getting rid of all flamible vapors.
