I'm not scared to drive my car, but I do worry about it getting scratched/nicked or getting caught in the rain. I'm extremely **** it's very seldom out of my sight. I only put about 1,500 miles a year on it. Before the flaming starts, that's what I intended to do when I bought it and that's how I enjoy it. I have a very nice daily driver to use when I'm not in the Vette.

I am the same way, it is really hard for me to relax and feel comfortable when someone else is operating the vehicle I am in.

I'm scared of breaking it. I know it's well put together and can handle a lot. I just feel like I have bad luck and if I race it more I'll blow the rear, burn up the clutch, etc....
Not that they cant be fixed but if it happened I couldn't fix it right away..

Hope this thread is interesting.

Not yet, the car is too composed at my power levels. My old firebird would scare me and it has less horsepower than my vette.

I know the feeling, my 1999 Z28 was crazy sometimes and it had a measely 350 rwhp.
