no, there's 3 ways
1) manually raise the headlight on that side, remove the headlight shroud and reach down to the DRL
2) go in through the brake dust, at the front side of the wheel well. You can move the duct itsefl off to the side and reach the DRL
4) underneath the car, just ahead of the wheel well is an access panel - remove a few screws and the panel drops - reach in to the DRL
