Vette VIN# ???
The last 6 numbers on the vin of a 2001 Z06 Im buying are 128667. Can anyone tell what number the car was off the assembly line from those digits? Basically, I'd like to know if it was a later build in that year or in the middle, etc. I'd just like to know how to tell. Thanks.

The last 5 digits (28667) are the production number. GM made 35627 C5s in 2001, so your car was made fairly late in the model year.
