Alarm going off!!!!
My car alarm went off last week for what I belive to be it's first time, but don't know why.
The car was sitting in the drive way, no one around and off it goes!! Was unable to reset alarm with key pad had to get in a nd turn the key to stop it. At the time I had my keys in my pocket, so I thought maybe one of the button was getting held down..........didn't think anymore of it.
Then this morning, with keys on my desk......off it goes again for no reason.
I replaced the battery in the car a couple of months ago, but not in the key fob.................................any insight would be helpfull.
