door panel trim?

Default door panel trim?
Noticed yesterday that I am missing a small piece of trim behind the grab bar on the door panel. There are now 3 nickel size holes there without the plastic trim to cover them. Anyone know part number of this trim and where I can purchase one?

You might as well order about a dozen of them. They will break about every three months. Thats some of the good 'ol GM parts we have. Kind of like the nylon gears in the headlights.

thanks...they just snap in or need adhesive, or...?

Snap in then fall out

I use a small piece of 3M double sided tape on the back. I'm on my 3rd or 4th now
