remove key for 10 sec
I have a 2002 z06 20,000 miles. Dealer installed k harness at 18,000 miles. With the key out the wheel turns.
Yesterday I started the car went to move & it stalled. The dic said remove key for 10 sec I did & it started & ran good.
Anyone have this problem? Don't want to get stuck on the road.
Thanks Floyd

Sorry to say I think you may be the latest victim of the screwed up GM column lock mod.
Not sure if a CLB will solve your problem at this stage.
I cant belive GM cant get that fix right.
Best take it back to the stealership and see if they can unfix it.

First try cleaning the resistor on the key with some alcohol and see if it helps. it's not always a column lock problem.

I've seen that fix, on more than one C5.

I'd believe that if he hadn't just had the GM column lock fix done
