Question: Front 18" Wheels

I'm considering purchasing a set of Weld Wheels BC-19, 18x9.5, offset 54, backside 7.38 wheels for my '04 conv. Is there any problems using this size wheel on the front? Also what size tire are you using on the front. I assume I'll keep the stock tire size on the rear?

I'm pretty sure that they're fine. I have 18X10 on the front of mine with no issues.

I've got 18's all the way around - but I'm considering going back to stock rims with the offset between front and back rim sizes. The car was designed that way so I'm thinking they probably know more than I do. I've heard, too, that handling is diminished with the 18's on the front - but I've not noticed that.

I found Handling increase with 18 all around.

The stagared wheels sizes 17 f and 18 rear on the C5 and the 18 f and 19 r on the C6 is for LOOKS only, not performance.
