For those that don't know what they are look below. They are the aluminum rings around the gauges.
Them are not hard just easily a 3 hr job, unless you do it twice. Make sure when you put the dash back in you push the connector all the way in. If you start the engine and the gauges don't work then the connector is probably not in. Also if you turn the engine off, pull the key and the engine is still running the connector is not in all the way. I know from experience.

Time wise I did pretty good. You guys need to ask Oak. It took me less than an hour from start to finish. Its just the glue part that really sucked

Know what you mean, Nouman.
I helped a buddy and forum member IMQUIK (TSHAC) do his on his C5 once.
He started out pretty cocky, playing the big "professor" instructing me on the finer points of bezel installation.
You can see how over-confident he's feeling here, actually threatening me at one point to do it with one hand superglued behind his back.
You could cut the tension in the air with a knife at this point in the project. Things were getting dicey!
Finally he could stand the extreme pressure no longer and collapsed on the floor! He stirred just about the time I was about to dial 911.
In the end, it all worked out.
Hang in there, buddy!

Yea, I hated doing this one too. So many screws and having to work from the console toward the dash just to get the cluster out!
Here's the clincher.... I was driving one day about a year later and one of those aluminum bezels just fell off inside the cluster!!! DOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to do it all over again so double the fun
