I bought a 2004 ZO6 commerative edition. I will be picking it up soon. Anybody have anything good to say about this car? It looks pretty bad a$$

Are there any major changes or difference in driving from my 2001 Z besides the extra 20HP??

 

I own one and I HATE IT!

I hate to leave it in the garage....................

I hate the way I get stares when driving it!

I hate it that I get such great gas mileage I don't get to stop at gas stations and talk amongst the admirers as much as one would like.

I hate dragging these huge trophies home from car shows in such a small trunk!

I hate how everyone thinks I am a famous race car driver when I get out of it.

I hate having to sign autographs for Ron Fellows when asked.

I hate the way young kids come up to me and ask me for a ride without even offering to pay for gas!

I hate the way the a/c cools this RACE CAR ...........give me the old Cobra with the side pipes and no top on black vinyl in 100 degree heat!

I hate how this active handling thing jumps in and rescues you from stupid maneuvers when you run out of talent.

I hate hearing the tires squeal when I shift..........what a waste of rubber!

I hate the exhaust note and the attention it brings from onlookers.

I hate being able to hear the exhaust and engine over the cheap Bose stereo and my Judy Garland CD when I am in a hurry

I hate the responsibilty of ownership having to wash it and wax it and detail it and drive it and wash it and wax it and detail it and ......

This is just a small list of the things I hate about my Z16. But don't let me stop you from buying one..............I'm a negative kind of person!

Good luck if you buy one............everyone is allowed to be stupid.........it's the law. Some are just dummer than others!

Caveat Emptor.........that's the only way I know how to say good luck in spanish.

The LS6 is a nice addition over the '01 Z06.

#1590 here and loving it.
Got mine in April 07 with 2700 miles....has 5200 now.
Getting ready to put another 1800 on it with a drive to Flagstaff AZ.

I absolutely love my Z16, #1916.

The car never fails to heads when ever I drive it.

Wait until the mod bug bites and you'll love the car even more.

Make sure you get in the registry at www.z16.org

 

The Z16 always draws looks.
I get the best laughs when little boys stop in mid stride and point, they are always saying somthing like " dad look at the race car".
Not the best choice in cars if your in the witness protection program.
