I sell cars with salvage titles all the time and consider these points
The Vette is not worth 13500 w/salvage...Maybe 9 or 10
Down the line you will want to sell it and could take a huge hit.
Since it's been wrecked twice. Have somebody that knows repair
work, take a look at the repairs and see if anything was just patched together, especially the frame.
If you plan to keep the car a long time. Then Salvage won't mean much.

If you are going to keep it for a long time and can get it at a lesser price, might just be a good buy. Just be sure to check it over very carefully.

I have to agree, I've never bought any car that has accident damage, I just don't need the problems they will have.
The reason the price is soo low is because it's accident damaged, normally a car like that would go for over 20K.
The car may never have a problem, but I just don't like that word "may".
