Why C5 over C6?

Why C5 over C6?
Just wondering why some people are buying low mileage 2002-2004 C5 Corvettes, instead of buying a 2005-2007 C6? Do you like the C5 styling better, or is it the C6s auto start and electronic doors that are keeping you away?? Any thoughts???

Turning my Z06 into a full time track car over the next year (tired of trying to make it do double duty) and shopping for a C6 vert... best of both worlds.

Slowly but surely the exterior of the C6 is growing on me, but the interior does absolutely nothing for me. I think I dislike it more as time goes one. The C5 is just all-around more pleasing to my eyes.
I knew that the C4 would look dated very soon after the C5 came out. But the C5 still doesn't look dated to me even though the C6 has been around a while now. The C5 is proving timeless.

I have actually grown to like the C6 exposed headlights, especially the HID light output and all of the electronic gadgetry.
The 08 interior upgrades and wheels look nice and I could see myself driving one. I still like the styling of the C5 better but the biggest obstacle for me to overcome is the fact that MY C5 IS PAID FOR!

I saw three very sharp vettes on the road today, a mag red C5 vert a yellow C5 coupe and a mag red (or whatever it is called on a C6) C6 vert. I am still shopping and getting a feel for the market and have been on the fence about which I like best. Today I decided I like the C5 better, it has a more classic vette look and is just very sharp. I think the C6 is a great looking car and I could still end up with one, if I found the right deal on the right car, but I like the C5 styling better....prices too
