I drive my car maybe once or twice a week if I am lucky. Today I got into the car started it up and the Service ABS and Service Active Handling lights came on.(Haven't driven the car since last Friday) I drove to the bank about 3 miles away then stopped at the store. When I got back in the lights were not on. Has anyone else had this experience and can anyone tell me what the problem may be?

My wife's 50th AE just started this with all three, ABS, Traction Control and Active Handling. It is an intermittent occurrence. From what I have read, it can be a lose connector, bad ground, bad TCS, EBCM module, etc. See if you can get the codes to show on the DIC. It will take a scan tool to find the exact module, location where the fault is.
I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow under the GMPP Major Guard zero deductible.

When it happened to mine, I had to replace the ABS computer.
When it happened to mine, I had to replace the ABS computer.
Had the computer replaced today. It had code C1214. Replaced EBCM part #10343433 and new brake fluid (probably only bled brakes). The part was $937 and 4 hours labor. My ext warranty has paid for its self.

Interesting
The EBCM change should fix the C1214 but you dont disturb the brakes at all changing it. Its an electronics box. Looks like the stealership did a bit of extra work to bring in a few extra $$$$
I have a new EBCM that I would like to sell for $300 that includes shipping. It fits a 1999 or 2000 Corvette with active handling and traction control.
Here is a link to the 4 sale thread if anyone is interested:

I guess since the brake fluid is routed through the unit they may have replaced more.
From the invoice:
19472 DTC C1214, Bad electonic brake control module (EBCM) H2505
Install a new EBCM with new pressure sensor and harness pigtail connector for the BPMV, bled the brake system out with new fluid.

Or you can spend $150 when you go to absfixer.com the dealership charges an arm and a leg for everything.
