There is a company called Arizona Speed and Marine. I bought their harness bar and like it. You can still use the stock belts. It mounts on the stock seat belt tensioners on the B pillar. The center strap on the 5 point mount on the forward seat track bolts. So it is easy on and easy off leaving no marks on the car. I'll post a link to it.
Keeping the stock belts is mandatory if you are going to street drive the car. The states that have seatbelt laws (most all of them now) mandate DOT approved "stock" belts. While the race belts may be better, may be safer, they are not DOT approved, and have not passed Highway safety test by the govenment. As silly as it sounds you could be written up for not wearing your seatbelt if you only have on your 5 point harness.

True story. My friends vette has a DVD player where the airbag goes on passenger side. His wife wears the 5 point harness because she says it is safer than stock seatbelt since there is no airbag. They were pulled over and he got 2 tickets. One for him (no seatbelt) and one for her (wrong seatbelt) In California driver gets both tickets.
The pic www.azspeed-marine.com shows what looks like a bracket between the seats. Does this set-up require using anything other then existing mounting points?
no drilling needed. You do need to cut the carpet slightly behind the seat.
How does it bolt-in? Does it use the stock locations like the other bars do? I did not see a link or product info on their website, how long ago did you purchase it? Thanks in advance.

I was at the shop last week and they had one on the shelf. It attaches to the upper seat belt mounts, retaining the stock belts and rests on the raised lip just behind the seats, very nice setup.
Oops, supposed to be a reply to justlucky's question.

Thanks!
I have this one and I'm happy with it. It attaches to the stock upper seat belt mounts, retaining the stock belts and then it rests on the raised lip behind the seats. The flat brace in the middle wraps around the lip to prevent front/back movement. It comes with extinguisher and camera mounts.
