Get yourself a bottle of detailing spray such as from Meguiar's and a microfiber towel and wipe the critters off ASAP. If they're stuck on, you may have to use a a clay bar. The key is not to let debris stick to the paint too long.

After the clay bar use Rejex paint sealnat... After that the bugs essentially wash off with hose and water and a light wipe with a wash mitt.

Bugs well my northern friend you dont know the first thing about
those flying things. Now here in Florida if you cant ride em their
not bugs! This is how I tackle the guts on the front of my vette---
1. wash down the front of your car
2. you know those little paper cloth things your wife throws in
the dryer to make your duds soft? Yep she uses Bounce but any
of those products will work just wipe the front of your vette
down and sure enough Bugs Gone
3. Im cheap I hose off the little paper and use it the next time
So thats how it works oh I will hose down the front before I
turn off the water.
Good luck

Make sure your paint is clean and wax free first, then apply several coats of Rejex, allowing for full curing in between coats. I did my front end, hood and windshield, plus all the lower body panels. I just got back from a 1000 mile trip and the bugs that actually stuck to the front just wiped off easily. Even some road tar below the doors wiped off easily.
It's great stuff that I've used for years on chrome wheels etc.

Bought RejeX to do the front bumper. Worked so well, did the whole car!

Walmart sells a bug and tar remover and WD40 is supposed to work

I normally use just car wash and water which gets rid of all but the most stubborn bugs.
