I bought new ones when mine came apart. Some people on here have bought the CD holders that go over the visors and others have used rubber bands.

Default Zip Tie visor mirror repair

Forum member DeeGee's got a great fix for the mirrors coming loose. Takes a couple of minutes, costs pennies, and leaves the visor mirrors more secure than before. Here's the thread-pics included. I repaired both of my visors about a year ago using this method (except I left off the tape and just used the zip ties) and they're still perfect.

I used RTV silicon. I held it in place with rubber bands until the RTV dried.
