Okay, just added corsa tiger shark w/ x-pipe, vararam w/kn filter, power duct and a lower thermostat. How much horses do u think i gained? what else do i need to keep with my brothers stock c6 z06?
This is a joke right? You got about 5 extra hp. Putting you about 155hp short of the C6Z. If you race him off a cliff, you might have a chance. Your only an LS7 swap away from competeing.

Heck!, changing all that stuff didn't give you 'more' horsepower - it only made it easier for the engine to breathe in and out - requiring less hp and allowing more hp 'at the wheels' (maybe +12hp) although the engine is still putting out 350 ponies (assuming a stock C5).
i diid not want to race him...just to keep up so that I can see his tailight when we go cruising. anyways, i am looking to get a c6 z in a year or two. just got my c5, so i will be working on modding her until i can't mod no more! any other advice? budget is 5-6k.
Stock C6 Z06s put out about 450rwhp, are lighter than you are and have better gearing. Your 2003, with your mods, and assuming you have a manual transmission is probably putting out about 320rwhp, give or take a few, at best. If you have an A4, you can knock about 10 or 15 rwhp off that. You will need a lot to keep up. Save up for a C6Z or wait for the C7. There are a lot of rumors that the C6 Z06 engine will be the standard C7 engine when it comes out. It makes sense seeing as the 2008 standard C6 will be at 436hp, with the exhaust option.

hmmmm, i would have thought you would have gained about 35-40 hp.since the vararam should give you about 18 and the exhaust about the same .maybe im wrong.or my *** dyno just needs to be calibrated i have vararam and ghl's

Hmm...if I were you, if you're really looking to get a new C6 Z in a year or two, I wouldn't spend another dime on a vehicle that you're going to get rid of anyway. Instead, save your pennies to super or turbo charge your new Z and light up the road that all good Corvettes should do...and leave your brother in the dust.

If your budget is 5-6K, you can easily get a super charger/turbo charge it. There's a Vortech on sale in the parts section for $4800 New. That should get you in the 450-500 HP range, so you can "Keep up" with the C6 Z !

What would the additional cost be on the supercharger? I'm thinking installation cost and tuning. It seems that many times parts cost is just half of the total. Anyone know?
