Default Tigershark??????

I find myself extremely fustrated Alot of people have gone through alot of effort to get this purchase up. Many of you contacted me saying your were very interested and if the price was right you were buying. Now when things all shake out, we find that 85% of the people that contacted me don't have the ***** to follow through!! Its pretty sad and you all basically screwing those of us who are serious about this. If those who said they were in dont step up ill gladly post your names so no one else make the mistake of involving you with something like this.

Before you start ranting on how 85% of the people "screwed" the rest of you, why dont you take into consideration that they may have had some financial issues come up and cant get it. Not everyone on here is rich and there are other things that are more important than doing mods to a car.

Two reason why I didn't participate.

First of all I said maybe I would interested in the group purchase but I think having to get a new fridge takes priority over a front fascia.
Second of all, for me, I have to add broker fees, exchange and the additional $100 to get deliveried to the home address. So once it is all added up the price was not right for me.

When someone says maybe it does not mean that they are in.

I fully expected this response! First off i email every single person that contacted me. The pricing was exactly the same as it was the first time. Second everyone is real quick to say i am in, not one person had the common decency to email and back out they just disappeared. But it was no problem when a large % of the people only provided 1/2 the info that was asked for and i had to waist my time chasing down the additional info because people were lazy to read an entire post. People had no problem contacting me with some rather ridiculous questions, but when they cant follow through they just fade into the sunset. So please explain to me why i dont have the right to be pissed? Is common courtesy to much to ask of people these days and if it is please explain it to me?

Zilla, that a perfectly reasonable reason and i would do the same. SO whats you excuse for not taking the 60 seconds to send an email saying so, you were certainly quick to send one when you wanted something

Yea a double one. I said I was interested thats all. Go ahead and tell the guy I bought the ttix kit from, the forged engine from, Oh and how about the 98 vette I just got Saturday that I dont buy thing off the forum. When I say I will buy something I will buy it. When I say I am interested I may not buy it.
Thats why the forum has a policy that states only the vendor should offer a group buy.

My son was up for the group purchase. He talked to Matt at VE on the Thursday before the GP went belly up. I called VE Monday three times and left messages. I did not get a call until Wednesday. By that time we had already purchased the front and rear body parts from another vendor. Could not wait for the dust to settle as he already had his Vette in the body shop taking off the old parts. We always do waht we say we are going to do!

Hey pete you reading something i am not? I can find nothing that says the 22nd. And do you see anywhere that i singled you out? It was a general statement about the large number of people that said "I am in", but if you feel picked on i am real sorry!

When I saw the group buy thread I had just received my Tiger Shark Front End and it was " Day late and a dollar short!" for me but O well!! I only paid $749. with $130. shipping which was not that much more then the pricing I saw for the group buy. So instead of depending on someone else give 21st century a call. It only took about a week to get it. Tom

I ordered my Complete Tigershark Kit from 21st Century and I think I received the best price out there.

Tigershark Front Fascia w/o Fog Lights (ZO6)
Tigershark Chin Spoiler
Tigershark Rear Fascia
Tigershark Hood

Total Shipped to a corvette shop $3230

Thanks for trying anyway! Joe.

21 century......... I guess I'll give them a call. Their prices online are alot higher than what people are claiming they bought the kit for. However they are the lowest i've seen.
