Maybe 10 hp. It would depend on your exhaust system. I know some of the guys with long tube headers and a less restrictive exhaust systems say around 10hp.

If you replace the cats with stock headers and exhaust it may only add 5 hp +/- and IMO would not be worth it unless you are having cat problems and he have to replace them.

Id say 5 max (just replacing your stock ones only), I had my stock cats out the other day and looking through them they did not look restrictive at all for what they were, its not worth the $$ and trouble of doing them unless you go LT's

Don't forget you have the pup cats on your manifolds too. You would get a faster car if you just kick out your passenger.

High flows are not worth it unless going with long tube headers at the same time.

I am about to get some work done at LAPD and asked Al about the hi-flo's. He said without the long tubes, they are a waste of money.
