I think your new baby could use a bath and polish..... Then take some new pics of her all shiny.... Congrats on the Vette and Welcome to the greatest resource of Corvette enthusiasts on the web. It never ceases to amaze me.
Thanks to everyone for the great welcome. I will need to get her cleaned up and ready for some good pics to post. Still trying to find out more about her.
Congrats and welcome! I've had my '99 coupe for two years and it has about 28k on it now; still enjoy it as much as the day it was new to me. My wife and I are looking forward to a 1,000-mile road trip north to Canada this week with plenty of winding back roads... Except for Corsa touring exhaust, it is pretty much stock and I like it fine the way it is. Got some vinyl spoke stickers from a guy on the forum to dress up the "wagon wheels" and that worked great (and at a fraction of the cost of new wheels)....

White is just right!
CLB is column lock bypass. On manual trannys, GM had a problem with malfunctioning antitheft feature. Inexpensive to fix yourself, and generally the factory fix doesn't work. Your OK if it is an automatic.

Yep. If you work real hard and shine them up they will look really sharp. If you really want to hear the exhaust at it's best let someone you trust drive the car and follow behind in another car. Listen to them at cruise and then have the driver open it up for you. i think you'll love it.
Congrats on the new ride and enjoy it and the Forum.
