My memory works fine except for when I leave the car and get back in...
my seat and steering wheel go back to normal when I leave.
When I get back in the wheel comes where I had it and the seat slides up only a bit.
I hit my memory # several times to get it back to normal
Any fixes...?
I have GMPP but am trying to avoid the deductible.

If you figure out the fix let me know. This is the only problem I have ever had with my vette. I took it to the dealer once. They reflashed one of the computers and said it was fixed. It didn't help. I went back a second time and they started giving me nonsense of my mods and how they might have affected it.
I laughed at them and walked out the door. It doesn't happen all the time so I just deal with it since I only need the seat to go fwd about 1inch anway
Try this the next time. After the seat stops just start the car and the seat should return to where you set the memory without pushing the memory button. I think it is related to voltage at the battery. That is what happens to mine.
mine was happening every time I started the car...
I would push the corresponding memory # and it would nudge forward. push the button again and it would budge again.
I did this 3-4 times until it was where it was supposed to be.
I turned mine off after I had the famous rocking seat syndrome. The track, and everything, was all replaced under warranty and I didn't want to have to do it again later out of my own pocket as the bill would have been close to a grand. I figured less operating time would turn out to be a good thing. Same reason I turned off my auto headlight-on/off system. Saves a ton of wear and tear on the motors not having them open/close every time I enter or leave the garage.

You might have done this already but just in case you didn't. Check which memory indicator is flashing when you start the car and make sure it is the same one you saved your settings to.
