Thats why I did them myself. I had them dipped at a local plater. Bright zinc followed by clear chromate, to keep the zinc nice for a very long time. Min batch charge was 35, but it was free for me because the metal house I know sent them out with a bunch of other items, and there was no extra charge for the rotors.
Too bad cad plating is getting banned everywhere, best protection for the long haul.
