I think the exhaust would be in your way, and I doubt the wires would fall far enough for you to easily replace the bulbs from below. It's extremely easy to pop out the lens. What's your hesitation?

2 screws for each taillight and they're out. Can't get too much easier than that, unless you have spaghetti arms and can wiggle them behind the bumper.

I installed tail light seals a couple weeks ago. I noticed that the tail lights are screwed into the plastic bumper. Im worried that if they are taken out to much it will strip the plastic bumper thread.

If you remove one on each side - it's simple matter of reaching into the hole to get to the other one. Personally - I was was replacing an incandescent bulb - I would make the assumption that they were all the same age, and if one is burned out - the others are close behind. Replace all four.

Don't see how you can change the bulbs without taking the lights out. With only two screws holding them in, they are a breeze to get out.

use a HAND screw driver and not an electric. GO slow, dont over tighten. Simple.

I guess at a stretch (literally you could just about reach up there but it would be a major PITA.

I agree with the rest of the guys. 2 torx screws, push on the top and they're out. Its a 2 minute job. Just don't over tighten when you put them back.
