catalytic converters?
I know this has been beaten to death! LOL!
But, this might be a different question, as I have looked and not found an answer.
I have had LGM pros without cats for some time. I did have some smell that way. But, I could always deal with it. Most times just useing the recirculate on the AC would suffice.
Now, with a recent H/C mod, the smell has just became to much! To the point that with alot of driving, more so in stop and go traffic. I almost feel like I am getting CO2 poisioning! LOL!
I know that i need 3" in~out cats with the set up I have. But, I don't know the length? They seem to be made in lengths from 11" and up. What length do I need? (to replace the offroad pipe)
Feel free to say what brand you would go with. I would just as soon keep this on the cheap though. LOL!
Also, is it possible that the smell is just leaking from the connections? AKA, the band clamps? Maybe welding the offroad pipe would help?
