First - how many miles on the Vette?
Next -over 75k and they are possibly used up.
If you are considering replacement - got with the F55 (00 up, from Ken Fichner (sp)).
They will cost a few $ more - but they are worth it - did the change over on my '99 - love 'em.
If you do not want to spend the $ for the F45/55's - try aftermarket coil overs - lots of good things posted on the Forum about these.
