Car Fax Interpretation..help..
This car was bought in 1999..so why would loan/liens show
up 3 years later only months apart..Does that just mean the
car was refinanced ?...so new title was required..

My guess
#1. car was bought, Lien recorded.
#2 car paid off, lien released.
#3 since lien paid off and recorded as such, new title issued to remove lein holder and now titled in peosonal name only.
Or car was sold.
