What's it worth? Magnetic Red with Torch Red interior
I have a 6-speed, Z51 2000 C5 convertible that, believe it or not, originally came as Magnetic Red with a Torch Red interior and mag wheels as a special order. The guy that ordered it decided he didn't want it so the dealer changed the interior to light oak to sell it. It cost the dealer $6500 to change out everything.
I need to sell the car to go to an automatic, I'm wondering if I should sell the red interior with the car (BTW I have documentation) or sell it separately. What do you guys think? What do you think the red interior is worth seeing that it's unused?

I don't know what the original red interior is worth.
I can't imagine anyone ordering that combination - I would bet the dealer required a non-refundable deposit before it was ordered.

Torch red interior is beautiful in the right color car. Someone will be excited to buy that. Are the seats covers for sport seats or regular seats?

I'm betting it won't change the value of the car much. I'd be looking for a separate buyer

The seats are sport seats and the change over includes all panels and carpet.

Sell car as is, and sell red seats separately.

I think that's the right way to go. Anyone have any idea of the value of a cherry set of new torch red interior parts would go for?

I can use the glove box, the panel that goes under the steering wheel, and anything else associated with under the dash board. That is if you part it out.
PM me if interested.
Thanks!

Sell the torch red interior separately. Sorry, I just can't imagine ordering a mag red car with a torch red interior.

I agree with not liking the Mag Red, Torch Red, Oak top, and mag wheel combination, but at least we know they made one. Could be interesting in 30 years.......

Sell the t/r interior seperately, they WILL sell higher than black or tan!
