where in the northern chicagoland i find a jet hot coater for my headers? and the approximate cost.

I don't have an answer for you, but I have a comment...I don't think you really want to "powder coat" your headers. There are some high temperature powder coatings that have recently become available.
However, JET HOT or HPC are ceramic metallic coatings that came from space age technology. You might investigate those coatings. They come in a variety of colors and some textures, but silver seems to be the most commonly applied. The nature of the ceramic metallic coatings allow for reduced header temperatures and under hood temperatures. Both have websites and both have more than one finishing plant across the USA.
Powder coating is basically a electrostatic plastic powder that is cured with 400 degree baking. It will degrade with any temperatures approaching that temperature. It can degrade with certain solvents/fuel and brake fluids, both of which are inside your engine compartment.
It's a product more widely used in wheels/chassis/suspension parts than on exhaust systems.
