I bought brand new 3.42s. I was about $1200. This was a brand new unit from G.M. Install is around $400. That with a tune is an unbelievable upgrade! You wont know the car. I actually have a serious traction problem now! DO IT!!!!

I really shouldn't but it is real tempting from the response everyone is giving. Maybe that will be next summers project.
