Alignment Issue?

Alignment Issue?
I have a 2000 with 79k on the odometer. Here is the problem on the front passenger side tire it is wearing only on the inside of the tire. The other 3 tires wear evenly. This is my second set with only 15k miles on the entire set. Could it be the aligment or something more expensive?

That could be a problem with worn out parts on that corner, or an alignment issue. Take it to an alignment shop you trust and have them give it a good caster/camber/toe alignment on all 4 corners (I don't think you can do caster on the rear though). Make sure they check that everything is tight before they do any alignment work...
