I mean, after all, a Vararam is definitely better, but only slightly, except at higher speeds, where any ram effect may or may not take place.

I tried 2 vararams, a haltech tric (cut shroud) and now working on a stinger. BLUFF, IMO all 3 work, just depends on what looks best and what you like. The TRIC looked trick! But, with a FAST 90 and NW 90 TB, the TB is angled up a bit more then stock, just a degree or so. But, when you mount the bridge, maf, lower pipe ect... it multiplies the effect. That is why I ditched the trick.

The vararam works (no OEM vs cai data for me) but it;s look and feel are just not in it for me. I just kinked my tube to the MAF with some over torq (my bad, too strong I gues oops! ) and even though I heated it up to take out the kink, well, the haltech stinger is on the car now. No times yet, but, I will mke some passes next week I hope.

Bluff, might as well go for a kit with bellows, couplers and clamps and make it look nice. Get to the track and make some passes
