I believe the runflats require a special machine to get the incredibly stiff sidewalls over the wheel lip. Lots of places here still won't service the tires, even some dealers. Do any British cars run on runflats? Where are they serviced? Good luck -

Best of luck with this Dave. I would guess some British cars HAVE to have RF technology. My suggestion is to do an internet search for brand name (Good Year, Michelin, maybe Firestone, Dunlap) and phone them starting with the closest to you and branch out 'till you find one with the capability to service you. In the meantime get Gene to ship a TPS to you ASAP.

Its not been a great couple of weeks.
My sons Camaro is off the road with a blown head gasket, the wife's Golf needs new coil packs and now the Vette has a broken tire valve

Dave, while you're over there, anything I can do from here that you can't, just ask. I knew Gene would come through. I should have mentioned this yesterday. BTW, you sound better today.
To get a feeling for your situation it must be like if I bought a Thames or whatever over here.
Bummer! In the states, most shops large or small are aware of runflats and TPS. Some shops, even brand shops won't touch the runflats due to the risk of damaging the rim due to the stiff sidewall. Corvette owners (us) are known for being very picky about scratches, nicks, etc. on our expensive rims so they take a pass on changing the runflats even though they have the same equipment as the shops that do change them. Good luck with yours!
