How long do the run-flats last?
Ok so my rears are almost done... I would say that they have less than 10% remaining... scary part is they only have 18k miles on them
.
How long do they usually last?

Mine only lasted the first 10,000 miles I had the car. At that point the noise and crappy ride drove me to replace them with Firestone Wide Ovals. The tires proably had about 10K left on them, but they were on the car when I bought it used, so I have no idea the total miles that they saw.
I'm thrilled to get 25K miles out of a set of high performance ites run flats or not.
When I lived in the U.K. I only got between 12-15K miles out of my Pirelli P Zero's on my Volvo ! and they cost almost $400 each at the local tyre shop (190 GBP)

Mine lasted way too long! I made about 150 passes at the drag strip and burned the hell out of them every time. They just wouldn’t die. They were just getting down to the wear bars on the rears at about 32,000 miles when I finally got rid of them. The fronts still had a bit of life left.

Driving style makes such a big difference, I used to only get about 20K miles on my previous DD. When I gave it to my wife we put the same tires on and she now has 20K miles logged and they still look new.
I usually replace all my tires when they get around 4/32s.
Number of miles depends on how you drive, what car you drive, etc. Many of the high performance tires get very few miles on them prior to being trashed and replaced.
I think these have a really low tread-wear rating. I wouldn't consider myself an agressive driver. And my car gets 90% freeway miles with the occasional burst of WOT and no track uses.
The tires will last for about 20k miles for me... Looks like that is the consensus with people who post here.. but the POLL shows most people reporting 25k+

My original rear Goodyear EMTs lasted for about 15K miles, the fronts still had lots of tread on them.
I replaced my rears at 31,000 with plenty of tread left. I'd say still had 30% or more left. The shop owner (Northstar Auto in Mountain View, CA, a Corvette performance shop) said some people get 65,000 out of the OEM rear tires.
I replaced the rears because one had been patched already, and one developed a slow leak.
I'd have to check my records on the front tires but they were also over 30,000.
