Convertible Top Leak FIX???

Hi, is there a fix you can suggest if the convertible top is leaking through one of the seams?

If the seam is not separating I would suggest that you order some Ragtop top protector. I use it on my '02 and the top still looks great.

I think he's referring to a water leak. I would think an upholstery shop would be a start.

Without breaking the seam even more it would be difficult to get any sealant into the joint. I would say a proper fix would be the best route.

I may be misunderstanding the problem, but if the water repellant has been removed from the fabric or seam due to detergent or friction, etc. then a paraffin based product like Raggtop is designed to coat the fabric finish and provide a surface that water will only bead up on rather than soak through.
