First thing to try is wiggling the rubber boot to see if that improves things. theres a connector in there that can come loose

If that doesnt work try banging the door. The module/relay sticks and sometimes that will unstick it. Wierd but true.

If all else fails theres a great How To by Bakersfield that talks you through a replacement.

Best of luck

I'll post this link for you to follow also. My problem was identical to yours and I followed the methodology in this post to locate my problem. My solution ended up being identical to that in this post except that the "problem" connector in my case was inside the drivers door. Just takes some time to take everything apart and look at the pins. Good luck -------

Just a thought; I wonder what would happen if you switched circuit boards in the doors?

If you have no comms have you tried pulling open the rubber boot in the door area and checking the connectors in there?
