I just installed 390's on my MN6, my cam is a 228/232 .590 on a 113LSA, I've got AFR205 heads (not milled). You'll love the 390's...it just adds that much more to the car and mods... and pull down low. I went with the similiar size cam like you because I didn't want to give up that much power down lower in the RPM's so many of the bigger cams are great but don't come on until after 5k rpm...and I normally don't drive around turning 5k rpm since my car is not a track car either.

you should not have any problem selling those 342's lots of guys with A4 tranny's that want to get rid of their 273 or 315's.

Frankk, it sounds like we had very similar goals, not wanting to lose down low. I can't wait to get her done . I know the gears drop the hp numbers and raise the torque numbers, what numbers did you end up with? Hopefully be tuesday next week she''l be done and I'll post pics and results!

You'd really have to call and talk to Al at LAPD(818)998-DYNO. I installed alot of parts at once besides head and cam, many which I had gathered on my own. Tell himJason (Spiral04) sent you. He knows what my package consisted of and what the price would be.
