I dont know specifically, but with the 2000 five spoke wheel, I know that it was only offered in polished or magnesium. I have after market chromed 5 spokes on my 2000 C5 currently. It is a chromed version of the magnesium wheel. Yours is probably the same.
As previously said, wagon wheels did not come chromed from the factory. They were not offfered as an option. Several companies offer an exchange program where you pay full price for a set of rechromed factory wheels, put them on and send back yours to get a refund of the core charge. I think the price is around $500. I dont think anyone ever made aftermarket wagons. Mine were on my car when I got it and they have the GM cast on them.
Mine do say GM on them ... looks like someone had them chromed at some time.
That's OK, I like the look of the chromed wheels.
But I don't think they are the Mag. wheels, I don't have that RPO code, but I will be taking them off soon, I have some RED caliper paint and some new Brembo rotors on the way ... maybe I can see a part number or something on the back.

No one that I know of ever made replica wagon wheels. The factory never offered chrome wagon wheels. So you have factory wheels that have been chromed in the aftermarket. Whether the wheels are the ones that came on the car and have been chromed (which I doubt) or someone did an outright purchase or an exchange is moot.
It's really not a big deal, there are lots of chrome wagon wheels out there.
