Yeah...you guys need to remember the cost of painting gets added to what ever you pay for the spoiler before it's installed,...and if you have a Premium paint like mine, this can get expensive fast...But, if you gotta have it now....

I just read the ad on the one that looks like ours...it is different in 2 ways, it surrounds the 3rd center brake light...and it BOLTS into place...that means drilling holes, ...Not meeeeeeeee!
oops...just looked again and saw the one you guys are looking at...looks the same to me, just has the Mid-America "Corvette Tax" added..That looks like ours, just more expensive..

If you are talking about the one on page78, part no. 612-579. It's not the same. Not that it's not nice....it's just not the same.
It is part # 638-576 97-04 for $399.99, and the sales said it was the exact same. I was sure to clear this before the purchase. Go on line and you can see it.

Mid America is selling the same ACS mini spoiler as they did before...
...it would be interesting though to know just how many they have in stock...

OK..I went to Mid-America web page and found the one you are looking at. I'm not sure it is the same. The one they are showing looks like it wraps around and goes down the side. Not the same. The one I purchased here just sits on top of the rear fascia.
The spoiler offered by Mid America is not manufactured by ACS but Mid America's creation when ACS pulled the plug from them and Eckler's. It's virtually the same thing except the material.
From Dave as epti88 stated as well:
"The mid-america piece is fiberglass that will crack/break/not bend. My piece is made from TPO (Thermo Plastic Olefin) which is the same material as the rear fascia of the your C5."
I have more good news which will be divulged at a later date. Sorry! It will be good though! Not related to the next batch either or to the BATCH that IS on its way after this one!

Maybe they are coming up with a new front facia kinda like a Tigershark, or a C5R type hood that will clear a Kenne Bell Supercharger, yeah...that must be it (hint, hint)!!

Interesting.....
Trust me its hard to hold in. This was all I could do. Sworn to secrecy. At least the next batch is almost here and another one is confirmed in production.
I have had some folks request info early...
...and Ive even been given phone numbers and email addresses...
...just a note here: I will be sending PMs on the info only...
However I will notify this thread if there is a problem with anyone's PM not going through...
