When I am turning the steering wheel all the way right or left and moving slowly, she makes a whiny squeal. Nothing loud, just annoying. Any way to fix this? Thanks.

It's possible you may be getting a little belt slippage or, more likely, some p/s pump noise (bypass valve opening) from very high hydraulic pressures being generated.
They key is when you turn the wheel fully while moving very slowly (or not at all), the tires are unable to respond (due to frictional forces with the pavement) and maximum hydraulic pressures (1000+ psi?) can be generated by the pump. Power steering pumps even have built in relief valves to help keep the pump from binding up or blowing out the high pressure hose when the pressures get that high.
It sounds to me more like the internal bypass opening in the pump is what you're hearing. It is recommended that you never turn the wheel full right/left while sitting still or moving very slowly. I know that if I'm maneuvering in a parking lot, for example, and I happen to turn the wheel too far (and I start hearing the pump and it's bypass valve sounding off), I immediately relieve the pressure by turning the wheel back the other direction a little bit. I also try to always make sure I'm moving, even if only a little, to prevent the strain to the p/s system.
