Default C5 front bumper repair or replace?

Banged the front bumper left corner also has a few pits and I really like the Tiger Shark aftermarket bumper. Read a few posts about paint color match and was concerned about the pweter metal flake paint matching?

Fixing it will cost 800 and a new bumper 1000 less paint match and install?

Go with the Tigershark bumper. A good body shop should be able to match the pewter paint very well.

I am assuming that you are not filing an insuranace claim. If it was me I would go for the TS. However, you may want to try this outfit. They do conversions http://www.crcoachworks.com/ they may even have a take off in your color.

No matter what you choose someone will have to match the color.

Good Luck in your choice.

I've heard that they cannot repair a tear or open crack in a bumper without it opening up again. It's going to cost you a few hundred bucks even just to get it repaired. Go for the TS. I know a few people that have them, and they are awesome.
