Default Bling Bling

I bought a set of used B&B shorties from a board member I know they are stainless but they were looking pretty bad.

I sent them down for a trip to Missisippi and they came back looking like this.

...very nice...now you've got the benefits of stainless and ceramic metallic coating. They'll last forever! Wrap them in something during the installation to protect them.

I sent them down for a trip to Mississippi and they came back looking like this.
Very nice improvement, the first pic looks like you found them at the bottom of the Mississippi!

Wow! What a difference! I'm always hearing about "long tube" headers. Now I know what "short tube" headers look like.

There is even more difference on the factory junk I'm taking out.

Look at the difference.

Default Bling-bling

Oz:

I-Net is often down over here so difficult to keep up with Caro-Vette, M-Topia and Corvette Forum traffic...but...thanks for hitting my Yahoo (atho it's crashed again since I read your back-channel) to let me know you posted your latest (subtle) BLING here! Geeeze, by the time I get HOME (98 days and a sea bag drag), you're gonna have my ol' "Geezer-Mobile" lookin' purty dang shabby...!!!

What a great diff the coating made to the Shorties you bought...is it Jet-Hot coating? Whatever it is, they came out looooookin' goooood...! As you know, I have "a few mods" in mind for "Geezer-Mobile" when I get back.

Appologize for the jaw-jackin' to other members, but kinda go wild when I get a chance to get on the net.

Semper Fidelis to all from the HOT Sands of "The Tombstone Territory," Afghanistan.

Very nice. I did the same thing on a set of used B&B shorties I picked up in the parts section.

After fully installed the Bling is almost invisible.
